The climb right before km 55 is very steep on a small trail. If you don't have a mountain bike, you might have to push for ~300m.
It is possible to extend the tour by cycling from Pilsen to Dobřany (17 km | 80 hm | 19 hm). Doing so in April, a part of the cycling path might be closed for a half-marathon event. In this case the route to Dobřany is longer (23 km | 181 hm | 24 hm).
